Within the framework of a mandate of representation for the brand’s development in France. Advising on the signature of a BEFA (Lease in Future State of Completion) of 12 years firm with ICADE (leading French developer), to set up a 180-room hotel (4,000 m²) in the JUMP building. Located opposite the Front Populaire metro station in Aubervilliers, at the entrance to the Parc des Portes de Paris, this future easyHotel will be delivered in Q4 2022.
EASYHOTEL NICE Centre des Congrès – Vieux Nice
Within the framework of a mandate of representation for the brand’s development in France. Advising on the acquisition of the former Ibis Palais des Congrès from one of the largest franchisees of the Accor group. A 3-star hotel with 87 rooms, it is located at 38, rue Barberis in Nice (06300). This hotel was the first easyHotel opened in France.
2018 and 2019
Cordillera Capital sold three serviced apartment buildings for AG2R La Mondiale in Cannes and Meribel. The portfolio’s 183 apartments have a total floor area of 9,500 sq m and are located in the centre of mature tourist sites with good potential for adding value.
LES NATIONS HOTEL
For an insurance company, sale of a Napolean III hotel-restaurant in the centre of Vichy. The three-star hotel, with 70 rooms and junior suites, is located close to the thermal baths and the Opera. The bricks-and-mortar and the hotel business operation were purchased by a private investor.
KOT HOTEL PARIS
[Development – Acquisition]
Cordillera Capital participated in the first “Reinventing Paris” call for projects championing the creation of the KOT hotel concept. The project centres on a house sharing principle for students and young workers and offers housing solutions that combine privacy and community life.
